CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or failure to show for an appointment will result in forfeiture of the scheduled session for package clients or a $100 late cancellation fee for single-session bookings. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or forfeiture of the appointment at the provider’s discretion.
